What happens if an agent makes a mistake?

For the first 30 days, every customer-facing action passes through a human approval gate so you see what they do before it goes out. After that, agents work unsupervised but quality sampling is continuous. If an agent fails to meet performance standards in the first 90 days, we replace them at no cost or refund the hiring fee.

Can I let an agent go?

Yes. 30-day notice, exactly like a real role. We use the language of employment, including the part where it ends. Most customers never invoke it because the consultative intake filtered for fit before the hire.

What systems do agents work with?

Most of what your firm already uses. Common integrations include Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clio, QuickBooks, Stripe, Xero, Notion, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and 500+ more via the underlying platform. We connect them during the 14-day onboarding.

Does this replace the people I already employ?
